Early this
morning, an unusual visitor
came to the Cadmus Park. He had tears on his face, but he
looked cute and innocent. Aha, he was a baby dragon, to be exact. I couldn't help approaching him.
Suddenly, he yelled, "Mama, mama!"
I jumped back promptly.
Oh dear, did I look
like a female? Well, well, well... I should have cut my hair a
little shorter.
"Hey, buddy, I am not
your mama!"
I replied in a
not-so-friendly manner fearing that he might be smart enough to call
me 'Papa' instead.
But he just looked down on the ground, feeling disappointed. Reluctantly he turned
around and moved away slowly.
"Wait a minute! Where is your mama, by
the way?" I
yelled this time.
"I don't know. I have never seen my mama." The
voice was so weak that I could hardly hear it.
"Well, if you
have no place to go, are you willing to stay with
me?"
"With
you?" replied him without showing a single bit of
excitement.
